ARMORY

Armory items, swords, shields designed by history created by accomplished artists

In armory history, knights riding into combat have embodied Valor, Courage, Strength and Nobility through the ages. With this in mind, Gems of history present our fine quality reproduction range of historically accurate weaponry. These armory gifts are custom made from the highest quality carbon steel and are perfect for the serious collector, the re-enactor and the sword enthusiast. Sword blades are normally of highly polished 420C stainless steel construction, tempered to 45-50 HRC. Swords are un-edged for safety and often feature elaborate gold or silver-filled engravings. Armory sword guards and pommels are metal castings, typically incorporating exquisite detailing appropriate to the history of the sword. All our armory blades, helmets, shields and weapons are forged in Toledo Spain from the finest carbon steel giving you the utmost quality and strength in weaponry. Discussion continued here.
