OUR MISSION “At Gems of History, our mission is to bring our customers the best and most unique heraldic products and the information to make informed buying decisions. There are more than 40 unique products in our product line all hand crafted by the world’s foremost heraldic artists. Our buyers travel the world searching for new and exclusive items and we work with a variety of suppliers who make interesting products for us, many of them exclusive to Gems of History. To offer a safe, secure, easy to use shopping environment for the purchase of authentic products, with excellent customer service that come guaranteed to be of the highest possible standard.” We do not do genealogies of specific family branches. Our histories begin at the first recorded instance of a last or surname, and then follow the surname and all its variations and branches through to the present day. We do not "Grant" Coats of arms. All our coats of arms are associated with an individual who once bore the last name; generally the oldest known for the name. We do offer historically interesting, visually pleasing products that have been satisfying our customers for over 25 years. What distinguishes our products from similar items in the marketplace is the value we place in providing only the highest quality artwork to our customers. When you receive your handcrafted coat of arms you can be sure you are receiving the work of an accomplished artisan. All of our products come with a full guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase a replacement will be provided free of charge. TOP 5 REASONS WHY TO BUY FROM GEMS OF HISTORY
THE LAW OF ARMS The Chief Herald, Dublin Ireland, The Officer in Waiting ( College of Arms) London, United Kingdom, and the Lord Lyon King of Arms, Scotland along with other Heraldic Colleges point out that the hand-made Coat of Arms that we have provided or mentioned have been granted to a person with the same family name or a variant thereof. We encourage you to display the Coat of Arms with family pride as a work of art; hand-made by an heraldic artist. In certain countries laws of Heraldry are still enforced. If you intend to display these Arms in public, please check with the appropriate governing bodies. < BACK |
